Current opportunities

Full Stack Developer

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Full Stack Developer, to help us bring CX solutions and initiatives to life for our clients. In this role, you’ll get to work with some of Australia’s top retailers including Snooze, The Academy Brand, MJ Bale and DECJUBA.

You will work closely with talented CX strategists, designers and developers, shaping new and innovative ideas into meaningful platforms. You will mentor and collaborate with other developers, and love taking a role in ensuring the robustness and sophistication the delivered initiative.

In this position you need to keep in mind that if you design a solution, you need to know how to run it, host it, deploy it, document it and support it. All with a smile on your face and a skip in your step. Unless of course it’s one of those moments when swearing helps… Did we mention we have Friday afternoon Uber Eats and beers? It really takes the edge off.

Of course, we kid. Not about the food and beers (we’d never joke about that), but that you’d need to take the edge off. You’ll be part of a great team of developers that all work in house in our Melbourne CBD office, and have the chance to really learn about the in-demand industry of high quality Customer Experience strategy, loyalty and retail technology. What’s not to love?
